- To adequately give time for questions and answers, the above numbered Request for Quotation is amended. The hour and date specified for receipt of quotations is extended to December 28, 2011 at 4:30 PM EDT. A Standard Form 30 will not be issued. All questions shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Ms. Lori Balla, at the following email address: lballa@jiatfs.southcom.mil by the 7th of December 2011. The Contract Specialist listed in the original combined synopsis solicitation is no longer a POC for this requirement. All questions and quotes received shall only be submitted to the aforementioned Contracting Officer.
