- BSM PR 0043699216. This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract solicitation for one NSN. This solicitation will consist of the following NSN: 1630-01-098-2057, Valve, Dual Parking, IAW Sikorsky Aircraft (78286), drawing 70250-01004 Rev 'E' dated 19Mar2004, part number 70250-01004-101. Source Controlled approved source is Tactair Fluid Controls (CAGE 70236), part numbers 9059-1 or 9059-40-1. FOB Destination. Quantity 205 each. This is not a Critical Safety Item. It is a stock buy. Origin Inspection is required. Requested delivery is 420 days ARO or best possible for the production units. This procurement is being solicited as an Unrestricted, letter RFP procurement. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other-Than-Full and Open competition applies. Configuration Control apply. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. It is anticipated that this procurement will be awarded against the Basic Ordering Agreement of either of the two approved sources, Sikorsky or Tactair. In the event another source replies to the synopsis, a formal Request for Proposal will be issued to all interested parties. A paper copy of this Solicitation will not be available to requestors. Anticipated issue date is December 7, 2011. The solicitation will be posted on DIBBS at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil and will close on or about January 6, 2012.
