- Brand Name Justification - Redacted Monthly Sales Activity Report DD-250 Receiving Report BPA Pricing List Solicitation/Synopsis BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT - CANINE DOG FOOD AND SUPPLIES This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote. This is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside Competition with a North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) of 311111-Dog and Cat Food Manufacturing. The associated NAICS of 31111 has a Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees and shall remain open for responsible sources to respond. Contractors are required to identify their company's business size. The US Customs and Border Protection Agency intends to establish a single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to fulfill this requirement; however, the Government reserves the right to not award any BPA and does not guarantee any order placements. The resultant BPA award will be five (5) years in duration. DESCRIPTION OF AGREEMENT Supplier shall furnish Canine Dog Food, Dog Treats and Dog Biscuits during a five (5) year specified period (1 year base, 4 option years) to the Department of Homeland Security, US Customs and Border Protection Agency, Office of Border Patrol Headquarters, San Diego Sector (San Diego Sector OBP), at the locations as provided in Section IV below. Requirements shall be furnished if and when requested by the Contracting Officer or authorized Government Purchase Card Holder acting within their scope of delegated procurement authority.
