- The justification for this sole source procurement is due to propriety ownership, ESS Group is the only authorized Hanel Lift Service provider for this region. This requirement consist of the purchase of precise service and repair necessary to bring all portions of the Hanel Lean-Lift system up to full operational status. The maintenance of Hanel Lean-Lift System include: 4 quarter-preventive maintenance on Hanel Lean-Lift System; 1 Lot- Reimbursable Replacement Parts/materials; 1 Lot- Emergency Repair Calls.
