- Services Non Personal: The Air Force intends to award a competitive contract for the following services: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment personal protective equipment and clothing, hearing protection, eye protection including prescription safety glasses, materials and parts, transportation and other incidentals necessary to travel to Tinker AFB, OK, to disassemble, relocate and reassemble two (2) Spacesaver vertical carousel storage units. The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services and non-electronic parts provided under this contract are in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer's equipment specifications and this Performance Work Statement (PWS). (The two units are of an obsolete design, and as such the contractor shall not be held liable for damaged or broken obsolete components.) Equipment is listed in Appendix A. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) is contemplated. The period of performance will be 30 days from the time of award. Request for Quote (RFQ): FA8125-12-Q-0018 This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), for a firm fixed type contract. The Oklahoma City-Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC/PKEA) at Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government (best value). Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811310 with a size standard of $7M.
