- Description
- Provide necessary personnel, replacement parts, travel, material, equipment services and facilities to perform all activities necessary for telephone support and preventive and remedial maintenance services for 26 Agilent Technologies GC-GCMS Systems and 1 OI ECLIPSE Sample Concentrator, laboratory equipment located at the U.S. EPA, Region 2, Edison, NJ facility. A fixed price contract will be awarded for a 1 year base period, 1 year option period and 3 one year award term periods. One award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable, responsible offeror, who meets the minimum requirements outlined in the solicitation. Solicitation RFQ-NY-12-00001 will appear on the Internet and it may be accessed through the EPA's home page at www.epg.gov/oam. This will be a 100% small business set-aside. It is the responsibility of the interested offerors to frequently check FEPBizOpps and the EPA website for updates or changes. It is anticipated that this solicitation will be issued on or around November 18, 2011 and that quotes will be requested 30 days after issuance of the solicitation.
