Description

This limited source justification is for the negotiation and issuance of a General Services Administration (GSA) schedule Task Order to acquire Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance (MPRA/VP) and Carrier Airborne Early Warning (VAW) Air Combat Training System (ACTS) / Sierra Hotel Aviation Readiness System Learning Management System (SHARP LMS) Support services, herein afterknown as �VP / VAW ACTS / SHARP LMS Support, � in support of the Commander Naval Air System Command (NAVAIR PMA-205GT), PatuxentRiver, MD. A Firm Fixed Price, GSA Task Order is contemplated for a 6 month period of performance,at an approximate dollar value of $380,435.04. Other Direct Cost (ODC) Material and ODC Travel are not anticipated. The proposed contractor is Innova SystemsInternational, 2385 Northside Drive, Suite 300, San Diego, CA 92108. This action is for a short term, continuation of essential services effort to contract number N0010409CQ144, with a period of performance through 30 November 2011 while a competitive action is being placed.
