Description: CONTRACT INFORMATION: This is a Sources Sought Notice and is for information purposes only. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS, QUOTATIONS, OR BIDS. NO SOLICITATION IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. A Market Survey is being conducted to determine if there are adequate Small Businesses, HUBZone, 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business, or Women Owned Small Business contractors for the following proposed contract. The current GSA office layout needs to be renovated to meet the new regional standards. This project was initiated to correct meeting space deficiencies, provide a more collaboration-friendly cubicle orientation and visitor touchdown stations, and upgrade existing IT requirements including VOIP and server room improvements.. Work includes selective demolition, rough and finish carpentry, Interior Finishes, HVAC, Electrical, and Fire and Life Safety components. The price range of this project is estimated between $100,000 to $250,000. Interested offerors need to be able to obtain a 20% bid bond cover the cost of this construction project. The awardee must be able to obtain Performance/Payment Bonds to cover 100% of this project within this price range of $ 100,000 to $250,000.
