- HSCG80-12-Q-P45039 USCGC RESOLUTE DOCKSIDE REPAIRS Solicitation HSCG80-12-Q-P45039 is for dockside repairs to USCGC RESOLUTE (WMEC 620). The estimated price range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00 for definitive items. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-53. The applicable NAICS code is 336611. Size Standard is 1,000. For the calculations of annual receipts and number of employees, see parts 121.104 and 121.106 in SBA Small Business Size Regulation,http://sba.gov/regulations/121/. This acquisition is for the procurement of dockside repairs including 18 work items/CLINS. The performance period is from February 08, 2012 - April 02, 2012. Place of Contract performance is at the vessel's homeport at 600 8th Avenue SE, St. Petersburg, FL 33701. This solicitation is issued pursuant to FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5 Test Programs For Certain Commercial Items. The Coast Guard intends to award a fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. Work shall commence on or about February 08, 2012. The Government shall award a contract resulting from this solicitation to a responsive, responsible contractor whose written quote is considered most advantageous to the Government, both in price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers proposals and are in descending order of importance: 1) Past Performance and, 2) Price. Factors 1-2 will be applied to determine the best value to the Government. Past Performance is significantly more important than price. All correspondence concerning this acquisition shall reference Request for Quotes (RFQ) Number HSCG80-12-Q-P45039. The closing date for this solicitation is on December 07, 2011, 12 P.M. EST. Mailed and e-mailed quotes will be accepted. E-mailed quotes may be sent to Tiffany Squyres at Tiffany.M.Squyres@uscg.mil. Mailed Quotes/Proposals should be mailed to: Tiffany Squyres U.S. Coast Guard 300 E. Main St. Suite 965 Norfolk, VA23510 Faxed quotes will not be accepted. All contractors are responsible for verifying the receipt of their quote. The anticipated award date is December 29, 2011. This requirement is 100% set-aside for HubZone small businesses. QUESTIONS AND REQUEST FOR DRAWINGS: The last day to request drawings or ask questions regarding this solicitation is November 21, 2011 at 3:00 pm EST. After this date further requests may not be accepted due to time constraints. Interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in FAR Clause 52.232-33.
