- Description: DRIVE CAP Approved source Meggitt Aircraft Braking Systems (CAGE 0B9R9), P/N 6002326 This is a Critical Application Item with configuration control. This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract. Required quantity is 60 each. FOB Origin with inspection and acceptance at origin. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted, on the basis of other than full and open competition procedures in accordance with Part 12 procedures. The NSN is 1630-01-045-3176, PR 0042699245 (originally solicited as SPM4A512Q0052). Delivery requirement is 371 days. This solicitation is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement and Free Trade Agreements. Technical data is not available in DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
