- VA258-12-I-0081 RFI Emergency Care Research Institute Health Devices Online Membership/Access This is a sources sought announcement only and is not a request for proposals or quotes. The Department of Veterans Affairs New Mexico VA Health Care System in Albuquerque is seeking to determine the ability to provide access to the Health Devices System from the Emergency Care Research Institute (ECRI Institute). This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this notice that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. Responses to this notice are not offers, and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this notice. If any offeror can provide access to a similar system that meets all of the capabilities of the system mentioned, please provide proof. Firms/Companies with interest and capability responding to this request for information should develop a short narrative including relevant documentation, specific evidence, and any other information demonstrating the capacity to successfully fulfill the stated requirement. Interested parties should submit company information along with the narrative described via email or fax to Barbara Cox, Contract Specialist; email: barbara.cox2@va.gov; fax: 432-268-5001. Company information must include business type, i.e., Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business, Woman-Owned Business, Small Business, etc. Information should be provided no later than Friday, December 2, 2011 at 12:00 PM (noon).
