- The United States Government currently occupies approximately 1,850 ANSI/BOMA Usable Square Feet of contiguous office space and six (6) parking space under a soon to expire lease in Rutland, Vermont. The Government is considering a competition for alternative office space of 1,850 ANSI/BOMA Usable Square Feet and will relocate if a consideration of the economics and other factors involved are supportive. The cost of moving, alterations and occupant agency mission, among other items, will be considered in evaluating the alternative. State: Vermont City: Rutland Delineated Area: City limits of Rutland Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,850 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 1,943 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 6 Parking Spaces (Surface): 6 Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
