- NSNs 5865-00-169-2082 and 5865-00-007-6946. Access to classified material is required. NSN 5865-00-169-2082- Countermeasure Set, Unit of issue is Each; IAW Drawing NR 97942 577R631, 578R570, 579R475, 580R100, PDS21763, PDS21783, and PDS21869. First Article Contractor Testing of 2 units is required. Required delivery for production lot is 240 days. NSN 5865-00-007-6946 - Combiner, Voltage, Control, Unit of issue is Each, IAW Dwg 732293-577R63l, 814337-578R570, 1475482-579R475, 2375695-PDS21783, 3250898-580R100, 3951533-PDS21763, 3951534-PDS21869, 6138333-578R570H02. First Article Government Testing of 2 units is required. Required delivery for production lot is 263 days. Solicitation will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and 4 option years. Delivery will be to DLA stock locations New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA. FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. The guaranteed minimum quantity for both NSNs is 6 EA and applies to the base year only. The estimated annual quantity for both NSNs is 24 EA and the maximum annual quantity for both NSNs is 48 EA. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside, Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources applies. The estimated solicitation issue date is 29 November 2011 and the estimated closing date is 29 December 2011.
