- THE FOLLOWING PARAGRAPH REPLACES 1.1.1 ON THE ORIGINAL STATEMENT OF WORK. 1.1.1 Air National Guard (ANG) Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) Companion Aircraft Program (ARCAP). ARCAP was created to ensure the ANG RPA rated force (11Uxx AFSC) retains manned aircraft proficiency to maximize aircrew airmanship and situational awareness while operating RPA due to limited local training opportunities. Also, it maintains force flexibility for potential transition to additional/other unit aircraft, and augments unit capabilities for state or federal emergent response. The 163rd Reconnaissance Wing's (hereinafter "163rd") intent is to get its Rated Pilots checked out in the Companion Aircraft, and maintain currencies IAW AFI 11-2T-41/50/52/53.
