- Drawings Attachment 3, Specifications Attachment 2, Davis-Bacon Wage Rates Attachment 1 - Site Showing Access Map Solicitation, Sections C through M Price Schedule, Section B Solicitation, Offer, and Award-Standard Form 1442, Section A PLEASE NOTE: Funds are not presently available for this solicitation. The Government's obligation under this solicitation is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds. No award will be made for this project until availability of appropriated funds exists. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this project, award occurs and the Notice to Proceed is issued. Koehnke Wetland Restoration Program (WRP) Construction Project, Outagamie County, Bovina Township (T23N-R16E), Sec. 12, Wisconsin. The project consists of: • filling 9 ditches, a total length of 5,584 ft. The ditch fills will be constructed using excavated material from shallow wildlife scrapes located in the fields adjacent to the ditches • constructing 3 nesting islands using excavated material from the scrape areas • decommissioning 9 culverts, 2 surface inlets, and 1 tile line • silt fence will be placed on the end of ditch plugs • all disturbed areas, outside of the scrapes, will be seeded. The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services and facilities (except as otherwise specified), to perform the Specifications/Drawings referenced in Section J, List of Documents, Exhibits, and Other Attachments. Project Period of Performance is 30 calendar days. Site showing will occur Tuesday, December 6 at 10am. Participants will meet at the site access point identified in Attachment 1, Site Showing Meeting Access Map. White NRCS vehicles will be visible at the site access point.
