- Network Contracting Office (NCO) is plan to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to obtain preventative maintenance services for absorption chillers and reciprocating chillers at San Francisco VA Medical Center. The Contractor shall provide necessary manpower and supervision to properly execute preventative maintenance and service of absorption and reciprocating chillers (Equipment manufactured by are: Trane Gas Pack, McQuay, Trane, Krack, TSU, TSI, Kruas and York) The solicitation number for this RFP is VA261-12-R-0198. The solicitation will be issued on or about December 6, with an anticipated proposal due date of December 21, 2011. The Period of Performance of the Base Year begins on or about January 1, 2012 through September 30, 2012 with four (4) option year. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The NAICS is 811310 and the size standard is $7 million. This will be a firm fixed priced contract. Contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov/login.aspx All questions shall be submitted in writing to Helena.zhao@va.gov Interested firms fitting one or more of the Socio-economic (Services Disable Veterans Owned Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business and Small Business) categories should send their information by email to Helena.zhao@va.gov no later than 8:00AM Pacific Standard Time, 5 December 2011. Information should include: Name of your Company, POC name, phone numbers, email address, CCR/DUNS number, and indicate status i.e. SDVOSD or VOSB and whether Vetbiz/CVE certified. If claiming SDVOSB and VOSB please provide VetBiz certification.
