- This document details the required maintenance. The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has a requirement to obtain maintenance for Sun/Oracle components as defined within Attachment No. 1, "Description of Requirement." All responsible sources may submit a response identifying their interest in and capability to respond to the requirement. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit responses from and negotiate with sources under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) in order to make one award. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This is a Simplified Acquisition, pursuant to Part 13 of the FAR. The total estimated value for this award is not to exceed $55,000. The anticipated award date is December 15, 2011.
