U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: South Dakota City: Rapid City Delineated Area: City Limits of Rapid City Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,500 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,750 Space Type: Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Parking Spaces (Surface): 2 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 15 Firm Term: 10 Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: Site must have 1,500 square feet of secured, fenced wareyard adjacent to warehouse; Warehouse building must be capable of having 2 overhead doors (10' x 10'), small interior office area, temperature controlled space, accessible restroom Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 500 year flood plain.
