- Sole-Source Justification The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award to Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), 4350 N. Fairfax Drive, Suite 650, Arlington, VA, 22203-1620. D&B will provide a subscription that is accessed via the internet. The Contractor must provide PBGC the service for a period of 1 Base year and 4 Option years. Dun and Bradstreet, Inc. is the premier provider of corporate premier provider of corporate information and analysis for both public and private companies, including defined benefit pension plan sponsors and controlled group members. An interested party may e-mail a written capabilities statement with sufficient experience for these required services, which shall not exceed 3 pages in length. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), but a Notice of Intent. Interested parties may submit their capability statement, and qualifications for the provision of this service, which may or may not be considered by the agency via e-mail to durden.lawrence@pbgc.gov (no later than Dec. 13, 2011, 7 AM Eastern Time) This is not a Solicitation, but a Notice Of Intent. No Solicitation will be issued.
