- Description
- The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue a sole source contract to Canadian Commercial Corporation located at 50 O ™Connor Street, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, K1A 0S6. The intended sole source effort is for supplies and services necessary in support of the mission of the Navy ™s International Rescue Program. The level of effort contract will provide technical services necessary to support operation, maintenance, supply support, modification and modernizations of the Submarine Rescue Diving Recompression System (SRDRS). The period of performance for this contract will be for one year with options for four (4) additional years. This contract will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1). Canadian Commercial Corporation is the only known company which currently possesses the knowledge and expertise to meet the Navy ™s technical and schedule requirements to support the Navy ™s International Rescue Program. No other source has the technical capability to perform the work described herein in the time frame required to meet the Navy ™s operational needs. See Note 22.
