- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY - Solicitations are available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The U. S Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons has a requirement for the provision of Comprehensive Medical Services for the Federal Medical Center (FMC) Devens located in Ayer, Massachusetts. Services provided are expected to fall into general categories of Inpatient Facility Services, Outpatient Facility Services, Inpatient Physician Services, Outpatient Physician Services, and Outpatient Institution (On-site Physician) Services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 622110 (Size Standard: $34.5 million). A Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide these services is available and a single or multiple Blanket Purchase Agreement(s) may or may not result. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary. The estimated quantities for an estimated BPA period of 12 months are as follows: Inpatient Days - 2357 estimated days, Outpatient Visits - 3444 estimated visits. Due to the volume of information, quantities of outpatient institution services will be provided in the RFQ. The FMC is also seeking transplant services for kidney, liver and bone marrow. The estimated quantities for the estimated BPA period of 12 months are as follows: Inpatient Days - 28 estimated days, Inpatient Visits - 120 estimated visits. The Government will not reimburse or pay respondent for information provided nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The response date for this sources sought is December 16, 2011. Faith-based and Community-based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
