- Synopsis: The United States Department of Veterans Affairs, Clarksburg VAHCF, plans to award on a sole sources basis to COOPER-ATKINS CORPORATION, 33 REED'S GAP RD, MIDDLEFIELD, CT 064551138, for the annual maintenance and technical support of a suite of proprietary COOPER-ATKINS Temp-Trak temperature tracking products used by the Clarksburg VAHCF. The annual software extended support and maintenance is required for the following: Equipment/Component DescriptionModel/Product NumberQuantity Cooper-Atkins Enterprise Software; includes network drop with static IP address.104001 Hardware Base Station; includes buffer and LAN Converter. Four stations are located in VA Clarksburg Medical Center and one each at four Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) located in Westover, Parkersburg, Parsons, and Flatwoods, West Virginia. 10000-5-P-US8 Repeater; 120-volt with battery backup. 10050-US13 Temperature Transmitter; with external thermistor-10' Air Probe (Cold: -31 degrees to 200 degrees F). 10080-10-2031145 Temperature Transmitter; with Glycol "Product Simulator" - 6' cord (Cold: -31 degrees F to 200 degrees F). 10080-10112145 Temperature + Relative Humidity Transmitter (Room/Internal) (Cold: - 31degrees F to 200 degrees F)1007159 Open/Close Contact Transmitter101006 Moisture Sensor & Contact Sensor Transmitter10100-10101-MST19 NIST Temperature Transmitter w/ Glycol "Product Simulator" - 6' cord (Cold: -31 degrees F to 200 degrees F) w/ certifications.* Includes battery replacement. *Must be re-certified annually to meet NIST compliance standards for Laboratory Service and to meet College of American Pathology and American Association of Blood Bank Standards.10080-NIST-10112-NIST8 This is not a request for proposal and no solicitation exists for this requirement.
