- Specifications This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) SP4707-11-Q-0009 Contractor is to provide the items listed below. Item SUPPLIES/SERVICES QTY UNIT UNIT-PRICE AMOUNT 0001 Smart Board Interactive Whiteboard 1 EA System or equal Model SBX885ix With SMART UX60 projector Offerors providing an "or equal" product must provide technical information in sufficient detail to show that the product offered is equal to the requested item. If the product offered is not considered "equal" then the quote will be technically un-acceptable. See attached Specifications for the requested product. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business. NAICS code is 334119 the size standard is 1000 Employees The resulting order will be firm-fixed price. The offeror shall provide a price for the line above. Price will include any shipping. Order is FOB Destination.
