Description
Naval Facilities Engineering Command Southwest (NAVFAC SW) intends to solicit on a sole source basis under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A) and (B), Sole source to Objectives International, Inc. to provide technical guidance, expertise, assistance and support in systems realignment, integration, stabilization and compliance through tools, methods and strategies for effective readiness evaluation and implementation of ISO 9001 certification and process stabilization activities in the metro San Diego, CA are and at Naval Base Ventura County, CA. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this requirement is 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services. This acquisition will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of base year plus two option years. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely with in the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. Interested parties may identify their capabilities for future consideration by responding to this requirement, no later than 2:00 pm PDT, 13 December 2011. All information submitted should support the offeror ™s capability to provide the items required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror ™s bona fide capability to provide these items. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses may be submitted via email if the total file size is less than 5MB.
