- This is a market survey to determine sources for the NSN(s) listed in the market survey. This is not a Request for Quote but only a survey. This survey includes an Item Purchase Description (IPD) for each NSN. a) The solicitation will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract; b) Contract period will be 1-year basic with four 1-year options periods; c) The solicitation will be negotiated; d) The solicitation will be open for at least 45 days; e) Delivery will be to French Camp, CA (S3) and Burlington, NJ (N3) Depots (except for large quantity direct deliveries) —pricing: FOB Destination; f) Source Inspection (QAMA);g) This solicitation will be based on Trade Agreements (except for those NSNs designated as small business or Hubzone set-asides) — vendors must provide either domestic or designated country products in accordance with FAR 25.003and h) Award will be made item by item (per NSN) on the lowest price technically acceptable offer. Delivery 30 days after receipt of order (ARO).
