- Amendment 0003 - extends quote submission deadline to 8 December 2011. Effective 29 November 2011 this solicitation has been amended to extend the response deadline of the solicitation and past performance questionnaire from 29 November 2011 at 2:00 PM EST to 8 December 2011 at 2:00 PM EST. Amendment 0003 is attached. Effective 18 November 2011 this solicitation has been amended to extend the response deadline of the solicitation and past performance questionnaire from 18 November 2011 at 2:00 PM EST to 29 November 2011 at 2:00 PM EST. Amendment 0002 is attached. Effective 7 November 2011 this solicitation has been amended to extend the response deadline of the solicitation and past performance questionnaire from 7 November 2011 at 2:00 PM EST to 18 November 2011 at 2:00 PM EST. Amendment 0001 is attached. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), Office of General Counsel (OGC) has a requirement for outside legal counsel to provide advice and counsel regarding the development, negotiation, implementation and enforcement of international Standby Letters of Credit with countries in the Middle East. Contractors with business offices in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, United Arab Emirates are highly desirable. Details concerning the services required by the outside counsel are outlined in the attached RFQ. The Past Performance Questionnaire is also attached.
