Description: RECOVERY. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service awarded contract modification 10 to RMF Engineering of Baltimore, MD. Modification 10 extends the period of performance for Construction Management (CM) Services through March 01, 2012. The original contract was awarded on a sole-source basis for A-E Services to update their previous design for major renovations to address deferred maintenance of critical Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems for the laboratory and administrative building at the U.S. National Arboretum in Washington D.C. The total cost of Modification 10 is $67,363. Modification 10 was awarded on November 28, 2011.
