- This procurement will be issued 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) through commercial acquisition procedures. Only offers from SDVOSB concerns will be considered for award. Offerors will be required to provide information to demonstrate that at least 50 percent of the cost of personnel for contract performance will be spent for employees of the SDVOSB concern or of other SDVOSB concerns. The VA Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System is issuing a solicitation for Unarmed (no weapons or night sticks) Security Guard I Services at the VA's Panama City FL Mental Health Clinic, currently located 4408 Delwood Lane (Bay Point Village), Panama City, FL 32408, for the period of February 1, 2012 through September 30, 2012, with four (4) each 12-month option periods. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, training, and supplies, except as specified as Government-furnished, to provide Unarmed Security Guard I Services. The contractor or their subcontractor must have at least a Class B license to perform security guard services in the State of Florida and the contractor's or their subcontractor's field supervisor and security guard(s) must have at least a Class D license to perform security guard services in the State of Florida. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 561612, with a size standard of $18.5M. The solicitation will be issued on or around December 7, 2011.
