- DE-RQ65-12WN95324 UpTime Software Annual Support Proposal Disallowed Reason: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, all interest and capability statements must be received by the Government no later than 1 Dec 2011, at 9:00 AM PDST to be considered. The U.S. Department of Energy, Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Sierra-Nevada Regional Office (SNR), intends to award a sole-source award for UpTime Software Annual Support. Authority for other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12. This is a vendor specific requirement to provide support for UpTime Software Annual Support. The resulting modification will be fixed price. Only UpTime Software has the unique, proprietary knowledge of the support needed by WAPA. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, all interest and capability statements must be received by the Government no later than 1 DEC 2011, at 09:00 AM PDST to be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 511210; Size Standard is $25.0M.
