Description: Naval Air Warfare Training System Division (NWACTSD) intends to issue a sole source Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) bridge contract for up to 10 months (inclusive of three one-month option periods) for Depot Level Maintenance Services in support of Fleet Readiness Center Southeast to Tyonek Services Corporation of Anchorage, AK. These services require qualified aircraft mechanics and artisans to maintain, repair and overhaul naval aircraft at FRCSE places of performance include Naval Air Station (NAS) Jacksonville, FL; Naval Station, Mayport, FL; Cecil Field, FL; MCAS Beaufort, SC; and Norfolk/Oceana, VA. The purpose of this action is to provide continuous, uninterrupted services until the follow-on competitive acquisition is awarded. The authority for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
