- Solicitation number, SPM4A6-12-R-0253, IQC11318009048, 5365-01-450-3490, Spacer Sleeve. Unit of issue is each. Solicitation is unrestricted, Other than Full and Open Competition. Weapons code is ATF and the end item is Aircraft, SOF. Non-Commercial and is not CSI. Approved source of supply is Sargent Fletcher Inc. CAGE 72429 part number 149C5049-1. Surge and sustainment is required as MWR is 2. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year plus four (4) option years. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and for each option year thereafter is 172 each. The guaranteed minimum quantity for the base year only is 43 each. The minimum delivery order quantity for the base year and option years is 43 each. The maximum delivery order quantity for the base year and each option year is 172 each. The maximum annual contract for the base year and each option year quantity is 344 each. The requested delivery is 116 days ARO. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB Destination with Inspection Acceptance at destination/destination. Shipment can be to any DLA stock location within the Continental United States (CONUS). Clause L17C01 52.217-9002 "Conditions for evaluation & acceptance of offers for part numbered items" applies. Solicitation will issue on December 13, 2011 with a closing date of January 13, 2012.
