Description
FOR ALL INFORMATION PLEASE CONTACT: Larran Frasier, 443-395-7005 larran.w.frasier.ctr@mail.mil The U.S. Government/Coalition Forces have anticipated requirements for a family of tactical High Frequency (HF), Very High Frequency (VHF), Ultra High Frequency (UHF) and Multiband radios, ancillaries, installation kits, spare parts, training, Field Service Representatives, Site Surveys/Site Preparation, System Installation Services, and Maintenance Support Services. The purpose of this Market Research is to identify interested sources that can provide/manufacture and deliver (within 75 days) a family of tactical HF, VHF, UHF and Multiband radios. Radios must be compatible/interoperable with Harris infrastructure, e.g. Citadel encryption, Sierra II Programmable Encryption, and Quicklook electronic counter-counter measures (ECCM) frequency hopping algorithms. Ultimately, the radios will be used by countries with forces that are deploying to or are already in Southwest Asia in support of Overseas Contingency Operations. The responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a request for proposal; the US Government is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. No contract award will result from this announcement. Responses are required by 16 December 2011, and must include documented capability to manufacture and deliver a family of tactical HF, VHF, UHF and Multiband radios meeting the aforementioned requirements.
