This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for the Government to award Sole Source to Lumalier Corporation, 743 S Dudley Street Memphis, TN 38014. This sole source is in accordance with authority citations 10 USC 2304(c)(1), 41 USC 253(c)(1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-2(a)(2). Lumalier is required to provide a Tru-D Smart UVC for rapid UV room disinfection. This Smart UVC is to be provided to Denver VA medical Center, Denver CO. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE.
