- BSM PR 0026727964. This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract solicitation for one NSN. This solicitation will consist of the following NSN: 4320-00-003-2144. Item Description: Piston and Shoe Assembly, IAW Goodrich Corporation (cage 99551) part number 2483767B, quantity 222 each. FOB Destination. This is not a Critical Safety Item. This is a Critical Application item. Configuration Control applies. Stock buy. DESTINATION Inspection applies. Requested delivery is 225 days ARO or best possible for the production units. Ship to Point: Tracy, CA 95304-5000. Other than full and open competition: Yes. This procurement is being solicited unrestricted. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Commercial Item: No. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
