- FA5000-12-R-0002-0002 Amendment 0002 The following is in response to questions that have been recieved: QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS Question 1: In Amendment #1 it was stated that for CLIN 0002, (seasonal OWS Cleaning), the total quantity will be 12 for the base year, will the Quantity change in the pricing sheet? Answer 1: The SF 1449 for CLIN 0002 should reflect 12 and has been changed with this amendment. Question 2: While labor rates were provided for the base year, what rates or escalation should be used for option years? Answer 2: Please visit the Department of Labor website for changes. The Wage Determination that is currently incorporated in this solicitation is the current DOL Wage rates and they are only updated when DOL issues a change. Question 3: For CLINs 0004 (Receive & Perform Routine Service Calls) and 0007 (Special Maintenance Projects), are we allowed to list a markup for parts and materials used? Answer 3: No. Reimbursement is based on the actual price of parts and materials paid by the Contractor; profit, overhead and G&A will not be allowed.
