- Solicitation Appendix 'C' Appendix 'A' Wage Determination Services Non-Personal: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, materials, personal protective equipment (PPE), hearing and eye protection, including prescription safety glasses, lifting equipment and devices, transportation and other incidentals necessary to travel to Tinker AFB, OK to perform Preventive and Remedial Maintenance (PM/RM) on DEC VAX Hardware. The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer's equipment specifications and this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Equipment is listed in the Appendix A. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract is contemplated. The estimated award date is 13 Jan 2012. Proposed POP: 17 Jan 2012 through 16 Jan 2013 Option years as follows: Option 1: 17 Jan 2013--16 Jan 2014 Option II: 17 Jan 2014--16 Jan 2015 Option III: 17Jan 2015--16 Jan 2016 Option IV: 17 Jan 2016--16 Jan 2017 Location: Tinker AFB, Oklahoma in building 3333. The proposed requirement is for the Annual Maintenance of the DECVAX Hardware. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractors can register electronically at https://orca.bpn.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811310 with a size standard of $25M. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals. All proposals are due by close of business on 05 Jan 2012. The government does not own the data rights or the processes for repair.
