- J&A The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency/Missile and Space Intelligence Center (DIA/MSIC), Building 4545, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5500 intends to issue a Purchase Order to MathWorks 3 Apple Hill Drive, Natick, MA 01760-2098 for the purchase of MathWorks products and services. MathWorks software is required for Modeling and Simulation with the Missile and Space Intelligence Center. FAR provisions Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items are applicable to this requirement. No solicitation shall be issued other than this notice. All offerors interested in submitting must email their proposals with details to April Paul, dipaual@msic.dia.mil.
