- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Exact Software North America, LLC, Middletown, MA for a software maintenance agreement for JobBoss software. NAVAIR Lakehurst has a license to use the software; however, no other source can modify the software, and the updates and modifications are required to keep it fully operational and compliant with NETWARCOM software security regulations. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
