- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a contract action under the Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-08-G-0003 with the Rolls Royce Corporation, 2355 S Tibbs Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46241 on a sole-source basis for the V-22 Field Return AE1107C Engine Test (FRET) effort supporting Measured Gas Turbine (MGT). Rolls Royce is the sole designer, developer, and producer of the AE1107C engine and is the only source possessing the requisite knowledge of and familiarity with the design specifications and manufacturing processes associated with this engine.
