- Attachment B Attachment A RFI Department of Agriculture, Office of Chief Financial Officer, National Finance Center (OCFO NFC) requests Capability Statements and responses to Information Requested from vendors or Federal agencies that provide a private Federal cloud for IBM mainframe systems. OCFO NFC requests that the responses to this Request for Information (RFI) be provided in context of the three service models provided in the attached RFI Please note, this announcement is posted for data gathering and planning purposes only and, DOES NOT constitute a solicitation. It shall is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The Government will not reimburse any respondent for any cost associated with information submitted in response to this RFI. (See attachments)
