VENDOR QUESTION: If a candidate has Active Secret Clearance will it fulfill the criteria of having active National Agency Check with Local Agency and Credit Check (NACLC)? GOVERNMENT RESPONSE: Yes, the Local Agency and Credit Check (NACLC) is required to receive an Active Secret Clearance. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
