- Market research and investigation is being conducted by the DLA Troop Support, Philadelphia, Clothing and Textiles Directorate to seek domestic sources for Nitrile Rubber used in various items; specifically Chemical and Oil Protective Glove, MIL-G-87066. DLA Troop Support's annual requirement for these gloves is 74,784 pairs. Information is required to determine if the domestic availability will provide the quantity and quality necessary to meet its requirements: 1) Identify all places of performance; 2) the total monthly and yearly maximum capacity; 3) the minimum or desired monthly and yearly quantities you would produce and 4) the production lead-time need to start production.
