- Advertisement U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Ohio City: Columbus Delineated Area: N: Nationwide Boulevard, E: N. High Street, S: E State Street and W: Cozzins Street and the River Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 33,299 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 36,629 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 9 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 9 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 9 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: A. Space offered must be above ground/first floor, contiguous Class A office space B. Access to public bus and/or rail transportation is required and shall have a stop within two (2) blocks of the building C. The building must have a secured lobby D. Column spacing minimum of twenty (20) feet is required; however spacing of twenty-five (25) feet is preferred Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. In determining whether relocation will be economically advantageous to the Government, the GSA will consider cost factors including, but not limited to, the total cost of the physical move including telecommunications equipment, LAN systems, office furniture (conventional and system furniture workstations) and telephone systems. When responding with expression of interest, the interested party must include a full service rental rate, the most competitive rate, as well as the following: Building name and address and location of the available space within the building. Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced. ANSI/BOMA Office area (ABOA) square feet to be offered and expected rental rate per ABOA, fully serviced. Indicate whether or not the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. Date of space availability. Method of rentable space measurement. Building ownership information. Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking (if any). Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building. List of building services provided.
