- Description
- This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract with option years for a Hydraulic Hose Assembly applicable to the C-17 aircraft. This acquisition is for NSN: 4720-01-317-5751BA, P/N: 17G450138-501. The requirement includes a basic quantity is 4 Ea. The three option years have a quantity of 1 to 5 EA. The Hydraulic Hose will route hydraulic fluid to components and shall be capable of operating at 4,000 PSI and withstanding 6000 PSI during static proof tests. This requirement will be set-aside 100% for 8(a) small businesses. The basic production quantity is 4 EA. The requirement also includes 3 option years each with a quantity of 1-5 EA. All assets will be shipped FOB Origin within the continental United States. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the RFP. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Government will evaluate proposals and make award in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in the RFP. It is anticipated that the RFP will be released on or around 19 December 2011 with an estimated response date of 20 January 2012. The RFP and all attachments will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities webpage (http://www.fbo.gov/).
