- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation number N62786-12-Q-JH01 applies. Quotes must be received by 12:00 p.m. EST 12 Dec 2011 to be considered. Fax or e-mail proposals are authorized and must be received no later than date and time for receipt of proposals at (207) 442-5305. E-mail address is Julie.Brillard@supshipba.navy.mil. The solicitation, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-54 and DFARS Change Notice (DPN) 20111118. The proposed acquisition is being processed utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Supervisor of Shipbuilding, C&R, USN has a requirement for Full Service Maintenance (FSM) package to include parts, labor, travel and supplies (toner, fusers, imaging units, etc. excluding paper) for Xerox Color Laser Printers, Model 6350 (1 each) and Model 6360 (19 each). These units are located at various SupShip Bath Detachments located in Marinette, WI and in San Diego, CA as well as the SupShip Bath Command location in Bath, ME. Prospective contractors must be able to provide on-site support to multiple locations. Prospective contractors must be Xerox certified to provide service/maintenance support for these printers and provide documentation with offer. Prospective contractors are to provide 4 hour on-site response time for service requests. Prospective contractors are to provide all supplies (toner, fusers, imaging units, etc.) Next Business Day upon request. It is the Government ™s intent to make payment for any resulting order via use of the Governmentwide Credit Card. The solicitation is restricted to 100 % Total Small Business responses only. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (www.ccr.gov) to be eligible for award. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333315 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Period of Performance is 01 January 2012 through 30 September 2012. The Government anticipates making award to the vendor quote that best represents the best value to the Government price and other factors considered (technical capability and past performance are approximately equal to cost or price). The selected Offeror must comply with the following commercial item terms and conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items - the selected offeror must submit a completed copy of the listed representations and certifications; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, paragraph (a) and the following clauses in paragraph (b): 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-13, 52.232-34.
