Description
Notice of Industry Days for the Combat Rescue Helicopter (CRH) The Air Force intends to conduct Industry Days to discuss the CRH Program on 9-11 January 2012 in Dayton, Ohio. These Industry Days are intended (1) to facilitate open communication with industry via a General Session and "One-On-One" Sessions and (2) to solicit feedback on draft CRH documents previously provided to industry. Industry Days are open to all potential prime contractors and subcontractors. Small Businesses are encouraged to attend as well. Industry Days: (1) Location: The meeting will take place in Dayton, Ohio at the BAE Systems Facility located at 4032 Linden Avenue, Dayton, Ohio, 45431. (2) On 9 January 2012 from 1300-1700, a General Session will be held that is open to all potential suppliers. During this time, the Government will provide CRH program information to industry. (3) Starting on the morning of 10 January 2012 and continuing through the afternoon of 11 January 2012, the Government will hold "One-on-One" sessions with potential prime contractor teams. Each potential prime contractor team (consisting of the prime and their potential subcontractors) can request a 2 hour "One-on-One" session with the Government team. Time slots are as follows for each day: 0830-1030, 1200-1400, and 1500-1700. (a) The "One-on-One" session will be an open Q&A session between the contractor team and the Government. If teams know of specific questions they wish to discuss with the Government during their 2 hour session in advance of Industry Days, the Government would appreciate teams submitting their questions to the contacts identified below by 20 Dec 2011. (b) "One-on-One" session times will be scheduled on a first come, first served basis and will be confirmed via e-mail. RSVP: (1) Notification of participants attending Industry Days is requested by 20 December 2011. Please include all names and titles of individuals who will be attending Industry Days from each company. For those team participants who are Foreign Nationals, please include Foreign Nationals Name, Title, and Citizenship. This information is required due to facility access requirements. (2) Please submit all information by e-mail to William Keaney at CRH@wpafb.af.mil AND Lisa Meyer at CRH@wpafb.af.mil. NOTE: Participation in Industry Days is voluntary and in no way obligates the Government to award any contracts or pay any costs associated with such participation. NOTE: Industry Days are part of ongoing industry market research to gather knowledge in preparation for release of a Draft RFP. It is NOT a solicitation. This is NOT an Invitation for Bid (IFB) or a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of these Industry Days.
