Description

The United States Government intends to remain at their current lease location for approximately 34,174 rentable square feet office and related space at the John F. Kennedy Airport in Queens, New York. The Government will use the information it receives in response to this notice as a basis to develop a cost benefit analysis to remain at its current location. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the Government's requirement's as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs and replication of security costs. The Government reserves the right to determine acceptability of the offered property as to the building's structural integrity, accessibility compliance and fire and life safety and security of its surrounding. LEASE TERM: 10 years, with the Government having cancellation rights upon 30 days written notice t o the Lessor after the 5th year.
