- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD: The 176 Mission Support Contracting Element, JBER, Alaska intends to award a purchase order for the purchase of the following replacement gear for the Guardian Angel Survivability Suite. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside, NAICS 423990. The below clothing items will be worn by Guardian Angel members in support of Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR) operations. The personal protective gear requires a number different, high quality, breathable and windproof "layers" that can be utilized with and without body armor during CSAR operations.
