- Limited Source Justification The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD), AIR 4.12.9 had a requirement for Calibration Support Equipment (CSE) for the calibration and maintenance of the Reconfigurable Transportable Consolidated Automated System (RT-CASS). On 28 November 2011 the NAWCAD awarded a sole source GSA Order to Fluke Electronics Corporation located at 6920 Seaway Blvd. Everett, WA 98203-5829 USA. This hardware procurement was awarded under a firm-fixed price order. The order consisted of CLIN 0001 for nine each Model 8508A and CLIN 0002 for five each Model 5720A/03 for a total contract amount of $384,131.91. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The Limited Source Justification (LSJ) is attached.
