- Agenda - Day 2/January 26, 2012 Agenda - Day 1/January 25, 2012 Registration BEP-FTWVOS-01-25-26-12 The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) will be hosting a SMALL BUSINESS VENDOR OUTREACH SESSION (VOS), in Fort Worth, Texas, January 25 - 26, 2012. The purpose of the BEP VOS is to continue to ensure that a fair proportion of the total purchase and contracts for property and services for the Government shall be placed with small business concerns. This event will allow vendors to network with program staff, agency head, attend workshops and ask question related to government contracts. Also, vendors can bring their capability statements allowing acquisition personnel to review and discuss possible contract opportunities that support the operation of BEP's Western Currency Facility, Fort Worth (WCF) and Eastern Currency Facility, Washington, DC (ECF). A few of the supplies and services provided by small business concerns: 1. Information Technology - PC Support, IT Security Support, Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V), CISCO, Oracle Support, Software Maintenance and Licensing Agreements and Additional IT Support 2. Services - Janitorial, Grounds Keeping, Various Training Courses, Health Unit Staffing, Waste Water Management, Secured Delivery Services and Additional Services 3. Equipment - Forklifts, Presses, Hand Trucks, X-Ray Machines, Cabinets, Stack & Rack Trays, and Additional Equipment 4. Material - Press (Spare Parts), Ink, Toner, Paper, and Additional Material 5. Inventory - Cleaning Solutions, Lab Coats, Safety Shoes/Glasses and Additional Inventory 6. A&E/Construction - Room Renovations, Lighting Upgrades, Equipment Replacements and Addition Projects. WHERE: The Radisson Hotel, 2540 Meacham Boulevard, Fort Worth, Texas 76106 DATE: Wednesday, January 25, 2012 and Thursday, January 26, 2012 TIME: Wednesday's Schedule 7:00am - 4:00pm and Thursday's Schedule 7:00am - Noon. Thursday afternoon there will be a tour of the WCF. REGISTRATION INFORMATION: Registration begins December 19, 2011, 6:00am Eastern Time (ET), closing date is January 13, 2012, at 2:30pm ET or when the registration limit has been reached (whichever comes first). Registration must be emailed to Bernadine.Stewart@bep.gov. To register, a form is attached that you can print and complete then email as instructed. PLEASE NOTE: REGISTRATIONS ARE ACCEPTED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. ONLY TWO (2) PERSONS PER COMPANY WILL BE ALLOWED TO REGISTER.
